"I wouldn't even give a 1star absolutely poor customer service from a old man with glasses who deemed to be the owner!! Not everyone walking through the door is a builder and when someone asks you help. This so called owner even told me to leave the shop because i asked him few questions!! He said in our shop builders know what they come to buy well my friend without customers you are nothing remenber that, and if you're the owner then you definitely need to go learn some customer service skills."

"Jay and Ram at the Neptune Road branch (HA1) were extremely helpful in contacting Mapei product supplier when I had an issue with one of their products. They managed to get a solution to the issue I have had with and provide me with the required base paint to rectify the problem. Thank you Jay for your generous customer service and working with Ram on this for me to get this sorted. I saved quite a bit of money."
