"Absolutely dreadful customer service! I didn’t have an appointment, and was turned away. I normally always go for walk ins to have my nails done, this time I wasn’t so fortunate. Nevermind, I understood, so I asked for the next available appointment. The young lady was looking at her iPad constantly, and then answered “not until tomorrow evening but then again I have to check with the booking person so I don’t think or sure that appointment is free”. I asked for another day- again just boxed me off and not gave me a straight answer. Was then advised to go on Instagram and make a booking - I tried and the answering service on there is shocking bad! What if you don’t even have an Instagram account? The bad thing is that they don’t even have a phone number to call if you Google their shop. Luckily enough, another mail shop nearby was accompanying when I called up and had my nails done. Never will come here again….it wasn’t as if I came in late and the lady looked to be free as she had no one in the seat."

"Couldn’t ask for a better nail tech. I’ve been going here for months on end. Booking is so quick and simple and I always leave with the perfect nails. I could never complain, my nails last for weeks on end without breaking. Always greeted with a smile and a nice conversation and sat straight away. My toes and hands always look top tier when I leave. Prices aren’t crazy like most salons, especially for the services you receive. Will forever be committed to nail box."

"The best nail salon! I have been going here for 3 years and have always had the best experience! The staff are all so lovely and are very talented at what they do! The shop is clean and welcoming! Tea and coffee is available while having treatments! All the staff are able to do nail designs and always go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your experience! I would highly recommend!"

"I don’t know for the other reviews but I’ve personally had such good experiences with the girls here! I’ve been coming here for a while now - they know exactly what I want and they always do an amazing job with my nails. One time I wasn’t entirely happy with my nails and they welcomed me back and redid the mistakes for free which I really appreciated. I get a lot of designs and my nails always come out looking so good, I get so many compliments. Would definitely recommend getting BIAB done here."

"HORIBLE EXPERIENCE !!! Won't reccomand to anyone. Thick nails, wrong shape, Price was too expensive £25 for basic, they charge extra 5£ for cuticles, extra 5£ for matte colour. I requestet a receipe and they refuse to provide. Not hygienical at all, bad service!! My nails look like animal nails ***After my review they threatened me and wrongfuly acused me i was a racist"
