"I had an appointment and also quoted the wrong price. I was left on seat to do school run & told another person will attend to me. No one gave me a looking and I sat there for 45mins before I was attended too. What a waste of 2.5hrs of my time. There is was communication whatsoever and when you asked them questions they are not comfortable with they start speaking in Language you don’t understand and ignore you. They need to improve on customer communication and managed their appointment better."
