"I’ve used this place before and have always loved my nails, unfortunately this time round not such a good experience my nails were rushed my design was quite bad and messy and to top it off after just a week they all come off £35 for nails that came off so quickly! The tips weren’t glued to my natural nail properly. Very disappointed"

"Prices have increased but they failed to change the signs and informed me of the change after they put the nails on. The black tips I asked for were incredibly poorly done so I asked for them to be removed. No refund was offered by the manager who watched the whole thing. Avoid."

"Unprofessional, your new employee accepted an appointment for 1 pm. I waited for two hours and he told me “I won’t do your nails, If you want to come at 6 pm or tomorrow” I cant understand what is the point of making appointments if you won’t even do them for me. I did my nails before on a thursday and they started falling off, then on saturday, I got them done again and they fell off… And today July 27th. I payed money and didn’t even get anything done. Disgusting."
