"STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. The hairdressers have little knowledge of hair and treat their customers with no respect. Worst way to spend your money. Even if you’re fully black African they can not come close to satisfying your needs even if the service was free. Take it from me as a black Nigerian who received poorly done hair whilst the hairdresser gossiped, handled me roughly and spoke aggressively during the service. My braids were extremely tight consequently worsening the health of my scalp and left me with pain weeks after. Find somewhere else!"

"I have previously used this salon (booked on Treatwell) and had excellent braids done by Anita. I booked a second time and anticipated no problems. However on attendance at the salon there were high court enforcement bailiffs present pursuing a dept owed by the owner, Emma. I felt extremely uncomfortable as the bailiffs were discussing the debt with the owner (on the telephone) and with the salon staff. After this I was asked for more money up front for my hairstyle, despite believing I had paid the full amount on Treatwell for the service. This to me was rude and extremely unusual. Coupled with the threat of repossession and my hairstyle not actually being completed, I decided to leave the salon without the hairstyle, and requested a refund via Treatwell. I was then subjected to a barrage of abuse over the phone from the owner Emma. I am extremely disappointment and disgusted by the lack of professionalism displayed. As a business I feel they should be more mindful of how they treat customers and how they handle sticky situations such as bailiffs pursuing a debt in the middle of the day with clients present. Posting incorrect prices online to encourage bookings, and then demanding more money up front for the hairstyle is also extremely poor practice. Needless to say I’m unimpressed with the whole situation and glad I got out of there when I did. I certainly shan’t be booking again and would strongly discourage others from doing so."

"I have to rate the salon one star. Emma is a very talented hairdresser however the other hairstylists that she hired are not good when styling hair. That is why the salon is often quiet due to bad hairdressers and the prices being too extortionate. Unless Emma hires experienced hair dressers I will not come back again."

"Unless you have a full black heritage avoid this place. They absolutely destroyed a mixed-raced girls hair and had the audacity to charge the mother who was south Asian and inexperienced in her daughter’s hair type. I felt so bad I tried to intervene with poor reception from the hairdresser. The younger girl did do a Better job at doing my child’s hair despite this. I’m disappointed as the Chadwell Heath area has no good hairdresser worth visiting. I recommend trying places closer to East London"
