"Went to have my eyebrows waxed & either the beautician is not trained or has very little training in eyebrow waxing as she has Completely ruined my eyebrows. Im so embarrassed and upset I even came to this place, instead of a clean up she has decided to re shape and take off so much hair. I would not recommend any one go here! not professional at all... didnt even get an apology."

"I thought long and hard before writing a review. I visited this place a couple months ago and the customer service is appalling. I was not treated with respect or dignity and felt my opinion was ignored. Instead of focus on me the customer, I felt that staff were too busy talking amongst themselves. And to top it off, my eyebrows were handled with little care. I have pledged not to visit this store again."

"I came in yesterday to get my eyebrows done and I was absolutely shocked to see only 1 therapist working there! How can the manager allow 1 staff to be there to be able to handle customers on her own as well as seeing to their needs?! Appalling and this needs to be looked into as this isn’t the first time this has happened. I’m wondering how the poor therapist had a break if she did that is. Absolutely disgusting and it shows the manager does not care about staff at all. We appreciate sickness and lack of staff is not always around but allow shifts to be moved around to cater for the busy days or reduce the hours in that day due to staff shortage. I will raise a complaint as it isn’t fair for that one beauty therapist managing the busy day on her own! Managers need to take into consideration on what if something serious had happened and she was only on her own?"
