"I've been going every month or so for the past two years, in the first years they had proper barbers and would do the job well at a good price (£20-£25) and the owner was nice and also decent at curting hair....... Now it is an absolutely terrible place, young guy (who the owner says is OKAY!!) that works CANNOT cut hair......in fact he will hurt you in the process of doing so, due his faulty equipment. The shape up machine will literally slice and mark your skin up from the sides (my collegues asked what's the marks on my neck and head were) and then at the end he will leave you looking like a circus act.....no attention to detail, hair pointing out like horns all over the place. He will miss parts of the shape up and won't even fade/blend beards in properly. To top it all off, you go their on a regular basis and get the little card stamped and when you are entitled to the free special cut you will still get charged £35?!?!?!? ....he told me that a certain (wet shave) part is free and this part paid for??!?!?. Just FYI a normal hair and beard cut is £32...so prices make no sense. One days it's one price the next days it another price.....I think he is going off inflation and interest rates (haha) Needless go say I will never go back there again."
