"He thought it was all a big joke....was an arrogant person who could not understand what a shave was, he had no idea how to shave... hair cut was exactly the same. I pay £ 14 for a shave with a blade and a very professional hair cut....this guy said £25! So not only did he charge an extortionate price but he new what he had done! I don't think I will ever go again. Very unpleasant, unprofessional, experience....will avoid at all cost!!"

"Not great experience, maybe other people have had better. Gave a price first and when fined gave another price because he used a machine to trim my beard. I would rather they say the full price at the start. Also they didn't cut the how I normally get, as in I asked for low blend, but he done it really low so had to tell him I want it a bit higher."

"If you have a beard do not go to the guy who’s chair is near the window he does not know how to cut. You ask for one thing and he does the complete opposite. I went in for a tidy up and specifically advised him that I am frowning my beard so only scissors off what is sticking out. and mark around the edges. This guy so called barber cut the beard uneven and also cut away half my beard. Pretty disappointing after months of growth. Now the only way to resolve this is to literally cut the beard down even more and start all over. Basically he’s useless do not ever allow him to touch your beard."
