"Beautiful place , good staff but at my last visit I was very unhappy . I went for my roots but the staff did not use the color that she should have which she always used before . Did not give enough time to develop the color so I ended up paying for the job that was done very unprofessionally . I complained to the head office . Rather than trying to retain a good customer for the past 2 -3 years they blankly refused the refund even a 50% of the actual cost or offer any other solution . Since then the staff who did the very unprofessional job has left Arissa , may be didn’t want accept the responsibility . Within a week I had to have my hair re-done and spent another £40 !!! Very untrusted and unprofessional approach towards the customer . Simply they don’t care for customer satisfaction !!!! It’s taken them such a long time to deal with still unresolved issue !!!"

"Appalling place. And liars. I live locally and I am an aesthetic therapist. I came in for a facial, full body massage and enquired of getting a patch test for laser hair removal. (I AM A PROFESSIONAL LASER HAIR THERAPIST WITH 5 years EXPERIENCE). During my massage the lovely therapist (a white lady) told me that the owner said they do not laser BLACK skin. I asked the therapist THREE times to repeat herself she was SO embarrassed and didn’t want to get in trouble and kept insisting it is what her boss told her. But SHE KNOWS she can laser black skin. The 3D trilogy ice laser is the most advanced laser machine in the industry RIGHT NOW and CAN laser skin types 4-6. It is SPECIFICALLY made to laser my skin type. I had no issue with the therapist herself just the message she gave me coming from the owner as I had come in 30 mins before my appointment to book it and came back. I was told at first I can have a patch test and then I was told I couldn’t because of the colour of my skin which is NOT accurate. GOOGLE 3D ice trilogy and you will see the skin types it is aimed to. The fact the owner is now insisting that I shouted and was rude to the therapist is appalling because of the colour of my skin. I asked for the owner to contact me and NOBODY contacted me. Yet I am banned? Refusing someone treatment for the colour of their skin is a crime. Never recommending to anybody never coming again. Very unprofessional and dishonest people."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my facial it made me feel relaxed and calm and I felt very refreshed at the end of my session. The hair cut was done also which was amazing too. Made me feel different and alive again. Staff were welcoming, polite and very professional. I will recommend to everyone."

The place is beautiful and calming, I love having my treatments done here. As well as the body treatments I have done with the lovely Jodie,, I recently had my hair done by Farida. I'm so pleased I found someone to colour correct and cut my hair without costing a fortune, . The oilaplex treatment really saved my hair, so I will definitely be getting this done again. .highly recommended."
