"My 13 year old daughter came into Vanity for waxing and to my horror they burned her chin and upper lip and the therapist had not even bothered to notify me of the mishap! I left the shop to then find out later what had happened and once I confronted them I was told it can happen and will heal in a couple of days! A couple of days!!!!! My daughter has been burnt and no one felt it was necessary to notify her parents. Totally utterly disgraceful. The owner of the shop did not call me for two days which would be the normal next steps of any person who owns a business to do whereby a mishap has happened. Worse still, finally once the owner was tracked down by my husband for a full apology and refund which the owner said she would partially do for my daughters face - because she kept stating she was a fair person, they resorted to giving me a fraction of what she promised. Fair??? Trustworthy? I would take a long hard look in the shop mirrors! Please all customers enter at your own risk as the chances are you could come away damaged physically and mentally!!!!!"
