"My 16 boy is a regular at your shop. The last 2 occasions I also got my youngest boy's hair cut at your place. The past 2 occasions you cut my oldest boy's hair he hasn't got what he asked for. Last time he asked for a skin fade and he was given a wedge/step cut. He wasn't happy. He came again today and got a zero blend and asked for a tidy up on top as he was growing his hair out but the barber decided to do what he wanted. Instead of a tidy up with scissors the barber started taking off his hair with a machine and took off double the length it was initially instead of a trim/tidy up. Only the main barber cuts hair nice but unfortunately the others do what they want or don't understand simple instructions. I also saw another review whereby a customer told you he was growing his hair out and you guys mowed it off. Seems to a common occurrence. You've lost 2 regular customers."

"I used come often and it would be fine before when I used to get a shorter hair cut on top. I’ve recently grown my hair long and specified to the barber I was trying to grow it out. the past two times I’ve come in I’ve said cut a tiny bit off the top and the barber cuts half the hair off the top of my head and then says “it’ll be fine”. the next day I wake up and it’s the worst hair cut I’ve ever gotten in my life. I’m going to avoid this place like the plague from now on. I used to have long hair now I’m considering a buzz cut because of how bad this is. If you’re thinking about coming here, don’t. I’ll show the before and after."
