"Rude illiterate staff , I had to basically request him to cut my hair as he was least interested . He was trying his best to avoid doing any work and was more interested in making phone calls . When I asked him for one extra work to be done which I was very happy to pay , he was trying to put me off saying it will take too long . In current environment people should be happy to have a job but he looked very unhappy and was telling his junior staff to avoid customers if possible . I found it very unprofessional and extremely Rude and felt sorry for the owner who been spending the money on Rent and electricity with staff who has no intention to make him any money ."
"Awful place. It’s tiny and extremely dirty(unsanitary). The online booking service initially seems to be working, but the hairdresser isn’t informed so it’s absolutely pointless. You will have to wait and will most likely be asked to come back another day. However Ro(the hairdresser) does give a good haircut. It’s such a shame that they don’t take better care of the place."
