"Dreadful experience, lady i was booked with chopped my hair in a rush, she cut my front layers so short and left the rest of my hair straight haircur ...had to go next day to another salon to have it fixed. Staff dont even speak proper english so i am not even sure they understand what you ask for. i had my appointment at 6, lady didnt even bother to dry my hair properly, i left with wet hair Even if i paid for wash haircut and blow dry. Nightmare experience, would not recommend this place to anyone."

"I needed false eyelashes and other beauty things, so went based on the directions of another salon. I was so impressed with the knowledge, the skill and perfection of these two beauticians! I love my hair, my eyelashes look stunning and really impressed. It's a salon hidden away opposite a bookshop on Thornbury Road in Osterley. Honestly, will be going there from now on. Highly recommend this salon ! Great prices too."

"Disappointing service. Ladies do whatever they want to do and totally ignored our requests on 2 occasions. Refused to use the make up we brought with us and used their own, leading to skin reactions. On another occasions asked for thick eyebrows and they made it thin saying 'it looks better'. Not coming back here. Hire professionals next time."
