"The worst Salon in the heart of Hounslow, tradings standard need to close this down! They don’t have a price list, charge £5 for eyebrows that she’s messed up. For being exempt from wearing a mask I was punished to sit in a normal chair rather than the bed or eyebrow chair; whilst the lady does my eyebrows, the chair had no back or neck support (angry pregnant woman) - disgusting customer service! The staff obviously think they still live in India! - some one close to down you’ll be doing us all a favour"

"Val is great at what she does. Always gives me what I want regarding a haircut and doesn't take more than what is needed. She is super friendly and always willing to help. Great location, great prices and hygienic. Highly recommended if you're looking to get a great haircut or a basic trim with a great blowout. I have also had some threading and waxing done here too in the past, also great."
