"Rebekah is the best hairdresser I’ve ever had!!! I booked in for a balayage and olaplex treatment and she gave me the exact look I had envisioned! She managed to lighten my hair to my preferred shade which previous hairdressers had told me would be impossible as I’m Asian and have dark hair. She also fixed how dry it was with the olaplex and made good recommendations of what to do at home! She was also super sweet and friendly which made the whole experience even better. She was very relatable and professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"

"I booked a Groupon voucher for half a head of highlights and a cut. It was easy to get an appointment but had to wait a week because they’re super busy which is completely understandable. Danielle was friendly and very professional - she did a great job. Tea was offered regularly too! I will be back!"

"Visited the salon with my daughter with Groupon-. It was an assembly line approach. They did their best to speed it up and the kind of cut I ended up with was one of the worst I had in a long time. The hairdresser who did my daughter's hair did not even ask me how I wanted her hair done. I had to stop the hairdresser while the other one was rushing mine to tell her how my child's hair to be done. Later my daughter said that she was very rough brushing her hair while blow-drying. Over the phone they said a surcharge of £5 for long hair applies; at the till this changed to £10! Not impressed, not recommended- Avoid!"

"Lovely people, but understaffed. My cut, wash and blow dry was literally that. I have long, thick, naturally curly hair and after blow drying my hair, it still had kinks, looked frizzy and generally looked awful, so I tied it up on leaving the premises (I couldn’t believe the stylist actually left my hair like that). I asked for layers at the front, they weren’t done. I was in and out in 30mins (probably because I was shoe horned in between a regular clients treatment). Such a shame as every other review seemed positive."
