"Having left a review for this place- (s williams), unfortunatly it changed hands, prices went up, (by a lot)- the staff are now useless- they will give advice- sell you things- but because I have been in the business for years- I can tell you the advice is very bad. They don't stock the good products they used to & last time I bought a tube of color- when I got it home I realised the instructions were in another language- I know how to use it- but for someone else it would have been bad. They are now more expensive than sallys (and I don't have a sally card)- the staff prefer chatting on the phone- than serving customers- and as I said- when they do serve- they talk rubbish."
