"I thought I would try this place as the reviews were great! Upon entry, there was a strange smell. I thought that there may be dogs around but there wasn't and then got used to the smell in the end. The lady who did my hair was so lovely and so incredibly friendly which made me feel comfortable. Though, I did not like my hair cut. The straightening of my hair also was not very straight and more importantly, she did accidentally burn the back of my neck with the straightener. I did tell her and she apologised and said it would be fine. She also cut a lot more off than I wanted. I still paid full price. I fed back to the manager the next morning and after going back and forth, he issued a refund with no apology. He was not friendly and also said I had to go back in to get my refund. I felt really anxious doing this as he was not friendly over the phone. I went in and another lady served me who was also lovely. The manager was there and did not even communicate with me when I went in for my refund. Unfortunately, I will not be going back."
