"Got my hair straightened here and expected it to last me at least a week but was blamed for having leave in conditioner by the stylist as to why it couldn’t last a day.. wont recommend if you wanted it long term. Price was £££ for short term but Customer service was good tho…"

"Kids are being quoted £42 for standard cornrow nothing fancy which does not look professional. I have paid £25 for a kids cornrow which looked much neater and had fancy pattern (a heart shape braided into the hair and beads). This is too much for a toddler I will not go back here as the hair is already getting messy, the ends are unravelling. In the same week I am having to get it re-done by someone else. I feel I have wasted my money."

"Absolutely terrible experience. I called the salon before I arrived. I specifically asked, at the end of the call, if they have a separate private area/room for hijabi clients. She assured me that they did and said to come down. After travelling to the salon, which took us a while, the hair stylist who greeted us told us to take a seat to start doing our hair. When I mentioned the private area she said that they don’t have one and that no one would have told me they did on the call. She kept denying that she had said this over the phone. At this point we wanted to leave because the salon had big windows where the public could see you when walking past that area. She then assured us that she can seat us in a chair further away from view and that no male clients will be coming in until much later in the day, which by then we would be done. I was hesitant but then agreed as it took us a while to get there already. She then proceeded to do my hair however, about 40mins in a male hairdresser walked in whilst my hair was being done. I felt extremely uncomfortable and had to mention this to the stylist once again because she had assured me no one would be coming in until later in the day. She apologized and said that she forgot and asked the stylist to wait outside. At this point I just wanted to leave as fast as I could and I felt even more uncomfortable with the stylist being forced to wait outside. She relocated me to another seat and let him back in and asked that he stay on the other side of the salon where he set up. However, even after being told this he came round to the area I was seated again, which once again she failed to notice or couldn’t be bothered to address. Absolutely terrible experience, not hijabi friendly as they clearly don’t respect others beliefs. If they had just told me that they cannot accommodate hijabis because of the layout of the salon, I would have accepted that and went elsewhere, however she decided to lie about this and then lie about the conversation we had on the phone. Horrible customer service and completely mannerless in their approach."

"I'm so thankful this place exists and is local. For years I used to dread finding a hair salon that catered to my type of hair. Celaska is an absolute angel and she treated my severely matted hair and brought it back to its rightful state, there was no complaints, she was patient and gentle where she could. Claudia finished it off with a straighten and trim and many kind words. Can't recommend enough and they've got themselves a very happy client. I will be making this my go to hair shop from now on. Thank you so much"

"My hair is natural and back in the day, natural hair was not very popular. I searched high and low for a hairdresser that could handle my natural hair and make it look beautiful and make me wear my crown with pride. Claudia was one of the few hairdressers that did that. I have been client for several years now. I will always go to Quality Time. I also know that when I leave I always look and feel a million dollars. Great Service and really helpful staff."
