"I made a booking for a haircut a few days in advance and pre-paid using Treatwell. Arrived at the salon a few minutes early - the shutters were down and it didn’t look like anyone was there. As I was early I waited outside, when 10 o’clock came (the time I had booked for) there was still no sign that this place was open so I called the contact number and got through to a voicemail. I left a message saying I had an appointment at 10am and was waiting outside. Called again at 10 past 10, still voicemail. Waited outside until 20 past 10 at which point I gave up - 20 minutes late for the appointment and the place wasn’t even open yet… cannot get hold of anyone and they have taken the money for the haircut. Avoid at all costs unless you want your money stolen, absolutely ridiculous!"

"No welcome .absolutely no customer service, tried to chat with Venora, did not get any response, was out of there in less than 20 mins ,because it was a group on purchase, she tried to charge me extra £5.00 saying my hair was thin they don'thave card machine either so did not pay the extra. Will not be going there again."

I asked do my hair colour paid £120 when she started I mentioned was wrong colour, she said don't worry will be ok it's was completely wrong colour She was rushing to send me home asked to come next day, when I called next day she said go buy from shop put your self! it's really mesleading coustomers Please don't wast Money!!"
