"DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I had an appointment and was running late. I called numerous times to inform them but one one answered. Upon my arrival, no one greeted me, despite the shop being very quiet. I was eventually asked by a man what I had come in for. After asking me, he turned his back and continued cutting someones hair. The female that I had booked a treatment with didnt even bother to look up or approach me as she continued doing someone elses hair. When I asked how long before I am seen to, I was asked if I had to be somewhere! Eventually I got tired of the bad customer service and walked out. I booked a day off work to have my time wasted but I am glad that I did not waste my money on this place. Avoid, avoid, avoid! They dont seem to value a black customer."
