"My eyebrows look so much better than before. I just went in on the off chance and it was no problem. I think the ladys name is Kieran, she is so nice friendly and welcoming. While i was there i asked about eyelash extensions. Kieran done a patch test and i booked an appointment for Thursday. In all it took about an hour for the extensions to be done. I must say iam so pleased with them they look natural and not over the top. Iam really happy i went into B3 Blackfen. No need to go anywhere else!! Thank you so much."

"I got my eyelashes done here on multiple occasions as I thought they could redeem themselves with each session. Unfortunately this was not the case. The last straw was when a massive chunk of my natural eyelashes fell out with the extension that they had put in. When I went to complain about it, they gave me excuses but no actual apology. If you are thinking about getting anything done here, don’t."
