"Booked for a haircut. When I got there, there was some confrontation about how they called someone who they thought was me and this person was very rude on the phone. Didn’t engage in this conversation as I’d left my baby at home - just wanted a hair cut asap so I can go back to her. Currently suffering from postpartum hair loss so my hair is quite thin and just need it short so it falls out less. The lady who was cutting my hair said it was thick so she charged more. Found that hard to believe but went along as I just wanted it to get it done. I asked for a short length with some layers. Don’t think the lady was even listening as she gave me a straight cut that was at a mid-length. Charged me £32. When home to find a small part of my hair wasn’t cut straight and there was one strand of hair that wasn’t cut at all!! I reckon if you’re a regular there, they probably treat you better hence all the good reviews but would not recommend."
