"The customer service was terrible and not welcoming I took my cousin today for a simple haircut (blunt hair cut with face framing) by a lady called Tina. My cousins 10 years old. when we got home we realised her hair was uneven and the face framing was bluntly cut without a gradient. She tried to gaslight us into believing it was fine :/. We booked the appointment through treatwell for £10 when we went there she was asking for £18! I’m not happy at all!"
