"Worst experience I’ve EVER had. Asked the “hairdresser” for long layers and she butchered my hair and gave me a weird mullet style. I cried for an hour afterwards. In the meantime, while we complained the lady with her laughed in our faces. I asked for a full refund and they only offered £10 because I refused to leave the shop until I spoke to a manager. I asked for the manager’s number and they obviously gave me their internal number so I couldn’t get through. Hair is so important for a woman’s self esteem and confidence and they’ve completely ruined mine and charged me £15 at that. Worst experience I’ve ever had in a hair salon and will now need to buy hair extensions for my holiday. Appalling."

"Hair Stylist was serving someone with nails when she asked me to take chair. Asked for hair trim but she spoilt hairs as she had to take care of other client also at same time. She doesn’t even know how to make a straight trim. Rather I was telling her that she forgot to touch hairs which she kept aside. Overall worst experience with any hair salon."
