"I sent my mum here because of all the glowing reviews but they sent her out with uneven eyebrows. My mum mentioned she told the lady doing her brows, at least a few times, that she wasn’t happy but was told they were fine after which she stopped saying anything. Guess no one wants to listen when you seem a tad older or a bit more vulnerable ( or maybe brows just aren’t her forte). I’ve given it 2 stars because the face waxing was actually fine but now my mum has to go elsewhere to get her brows fixed. One more thing, the pricing is a little unclear - got charged a bit more to what is on their website - just a minor point for the salon to address (maybe the website needs updating)(?)"
