"It kind of started well (although I wish they wouldn't give kids so much stuff - stickers, book, etc which are just more mess for home that we pay for), but they were so bad at following up with the treatment. They hardly pick up the phone, and are unable to be on time, even when you book the first appointment of the day, or a later one and the clinic is quiet. They are totally disorganised and I feel we paid for all the advertising they give you, not for a good service."
