"They’ve put up their prices for a scale and polish with airflow from £79 to £101 (for a 15-min clean!) The issue is, they haven’t updated this anywhere on their website or in their practice, so you’re stuck with higher costs after your treatment. I am reporting them to the trading standards and the GDC because they’ve already conned my boyfriend into paying this higher amount and refuse to refund him. Thankfully, I’ve just cancelled my appointment and will be finding another dentist once my current orthodontic treatment is complete. It’s a real shame because, despite this underhand behaviour, the rest of my treatments have been excellent and the staff who’ve treated me have all been lovely."

"Lovely dentist! Good at communicating and explaining everything. Clean place and never had an issue. Only downside is they never stick to the times they give you. Somehow you can be here early and you’ll be waiting for ages. You’re never guaranteed to be seen at the time they’ve provided you with. You’ll roughly be waiting for 15 minutes or more after your appointment time you’ve been provided with. Apart from that, best dentist and orthodontist overall."

"It takes an age to get through to them but it's completely worth the wait. Absolutely brilliant service from reception through to aftercare. We were sent here initially for an emergency appointment a few years ago and would never go anywhere else now. Highly recommend."

"Dear Dr Ade Adebiyi, It is not normal and not acceptable that the filling still hurts when I drink normal water, even after 2 months of action. I do not that pain before your action. Why does it happen? Is it a failure of your filling action? I lost the confidence on me. Please can I get other consultation from another dentist? Thank you for your help. Hugo"

"Fast service, everywhere was clean and tidy. The receptionists were very friendly and nice. Silvia and Julia are the best receptionist that I've ever meet. I thank them for their great customer service. The dentist who saw me was nice, she gave me great advice, even though I only went for a consultation, I was not treated poorly. They used safety equipments and gloves. Even to use a small cotton bud, the assistant used a swizzle to pick it up. I am not a registered member yet, and I don't really know the prices. It was not busy when I went, and only one person in the waiting room. There are 3 floors in the building, no lift and stairs are very narrow, also there's a toilet for people who wants to use the loo. Rooms are not too cold or hot in the building. There is a ramp to enter the building at the entrance, which is good for disabled people. Highly recommended dentist."
