"Dental staff are excellent, however the receptionist upstairs on the third floor are so grumpy and rude, there is one in particular who sits with a mask on rolling her eyes up and down and glares at you which is not friendly at all. Otherwise the nurses and others are all good."

"Absolutely terrible service. Going round and round in circles on the phone. On hold for over an hour. Then put through to answer phones which don't work. Operator does not help put me through. Very annoyed. Also been waiting for surgery now for 5 months and have not even had a letter or heard from them."

"Please be aware if you complain about the unprofessional attitude of a postgraduate trainee dentist the consultant will compromise your treatment and will sign you off ASAP. There is no privacy the whole Dept will know about your written complain they will see you with an unfavorable eye. After 30 long appointments, nevertheless, I can still say it is the best dental hospital with many great people. Hope you will get the best treatment!"

My son was very well looked after & I felt at ease knowing how caring and empathetic they were towards my son. A huge thank you to every single person on shift that day.
