"I'd give 0 if I could. Do not visit this clinic if you want your teeth in good shape. They are disgraceful con artists with a lousy receptionist who never answers the phone. Don't even think about paying privately considering the negligence they treat their NHS patients with."

"I wouldn’t rave about the customer service…been calling them for two days and no one picks up!! Decided to go there personally and the lady wouldn’t even open the door, admittedly I went 5 mins before closing, but there was no professionalism…she sat there talking to her colleague ignoring me while I waited and knocked on the door several times and was trying to call at the same time. If I had a choice I wouldn’t go there. They need to employ better staff"

"Not event worth 1 star. Horrible dentist practice. Never picks up the calls and the dentist that treated my mum was horrible and unprofessional. Not treating foreign speaking patients correctly and even threatened to kick her out the practice for speaking up that she isn’t being given any treatment. By the looks of all the other reviews, it isn’t a one time thing and needs to fix up their service as a whole."

"I was given an appointment here by the 111 service. I was in EXTREME pain and had reached my breaking point. I was seen by two dentists and their assistants. All were so kind and reassuring to me, talking through what they were going to do. They went above and beyond to resolve my pain quickly. I am so grateful for the caring treatment I received here. Thank you so much."
