"The person who picks up the phone and talked with me has a very rude attitude and leaves me feeling guilty that I am disturbing them. How many times they call me or I call them, they are very hard to understand first of all and second of all, just plain rude with no decorum for others. They are also just very unpolite with the tone they speak in."
