"phone in to ascertain if they take new NHS patient Ring a long time then the receiving end cut the line I ring again and a woman pick it up She muddled a few words and said my line not clear and cut off (But i am calling from home and never have a problem with connection and her voice is very clear to me) I ring again and she again says connection not good, she asks me to provide my number and she will call back at her end Which she never did! What a shame pulling such a lie to patients If she is not willing to serve, she should not be at this job Too bad an experience"

"After today's visit I feel very uncomfortable - first the practicing doctor was not wearing a uniform and was wearing his casual clothes. He started to explain about different treatments I can get, when I have stopped him to give me a price and explained that I am an NHS client he just told me that he wants to educate me (thank you so much!). Whole process was uncomfortable, and my personal space was violated - he did not explain what and why he was doing. I am visiting dentist every year and such an unprofessional behavior - I do see for the first time. I am really scared to go back there - but whuhu do I have a much choice an an NHS client."

"Dr Zaid has helped me so much with my teeth and pain, I can't thank him enough. Fabulous, really great service, very impressed. Dr Zaid was gentle and very thorough, Maria his aid and Daisy the receptionist are most helpful and friendly. All made me at ease and exemplary with their manner and work ethic. Very kind and considerate people and lovely surroundings too. Great dentist, very thankful I found them. All in all, excellent."
