"Very rude receptionist on the phone, i.e. would spell out my name for her and replied with “luckily i can spell”, many more rude comments where that came from. I asked for her name at the end and she hung up."
"Absolutely terrified of going to the dentist, have only ever been when it’s a real emergency. Bit the bullet & went for a check up with Dentist Gill…..absolutely amazing!!! Had a filling & 2 extractions she was fantastic. Seen hygienist Anna…again amazing!!! Highly recommend this practice. Thank you!"
"As someone who has spent 27 years crying every single time they're forced to go to the dentist, and also hasn't been for a check up in 10 years because of that fear, I can't recommend kindanddental more. I've never felt so comfortable. I explained that I'm a nervous dentist patient and that my teeth have taken the brunt, and they never once made me feel bad or stupid. I've been three times now for emergency, check up ansld a hygienist and every time had been wonderful. I actually enjoy knowing im boosting my dental health now! Thank you thank you thank you"
"Very friendly staff. Had the opposite experience to a lot of the reviews below. The reception staff were lovely. The dentist and assistant seemed to make a great team and they were informative of next steps. The hygienist Suzanna was very warm and friendly that set a calm space for a big job (my teeth were not in a good state before appointment!) as well as doing a very thorough and impressive clean. Overall, I couldn't fault this dental practice and I hope it will stay that way. One thing to note is that they have two locations that are a 2min walk apart so check the address in the confirmation messages rather than relying on the address of the practice listed on google."
"I don’t have problem with dentist she is quite nice and helpful. But the mid aged receptionist is rude and aggressive. And it’s not first time. She needs to be calm down or leave the job which she doesn’t like but doing it for money."
