"Avoid using this practice! Unpleasant experience. Went for teeth cleaning but apparently they have to do a NHS cleaning first but if I want get the stains and plaques to be cleaned I’ll have to book an 2nd appointment and pay for cleaning again. So they don’t like to do much if you are going through NHS and you can only get proper dental treatment and cleaning if you pay privately. You are a customer not a patient. So money oriented people and using nhs to charge people more than they need to."

"Long wait time for an appointment. Normally minimum 2 months. They cancelled my appointment for a filling on the day (booked 2 months in advance) then never called me back to rearrange or provide refund. When I chased them to rebook then quoted another 3 month wait. Finally got in but now the tooth is beyond repair and needs extracting. But wait they can't do that and have had to refer me elsewhere. Referral in Aug 22, still not heard anything. Returned to practice to chase up and they couldn't have cared less, no offer to chase up the referral or ask how I was or if in pain, just told the nhs waiting list is long Now having to shell out for private work Will be avoiding in future. Poor customer service"
