"Staff are terrible and unhygienic, I had to tell my dentist to change his gloves as he kept them on from the person seen before me. Received a letter threatening to be removed from the list for a “missed appointment” when there wasn’t even one booked. Telephone goes to VM all the time and the mailbox is full so cannot even leave a message. In the past year alone my dentist has changed 3 times. Totally shambolic and has gone down hill since they have moved.. 0 stars"

"This Practice AMELIA STREET reception TEAM Lied and claimed they informed me of an cancelled appointment an message,which was supposed to of been left, via my telephone! No missed calls, NO voicemail or text message informing me of this cancelled appointment! I arrived early to my appointment in the morning on the day of the appointment which should of been with freya! Upon my arrival at 9.15am, I was told the 10 am appointment was with RYAN? but he was not in due to the strike! My appointmtent was never with him. so obviously the reception cancelled the appointments as this would of been an Nhs appointment! The Freya was fully booked the whole day, and i was told that i would have to wait another month for an overdue checkup! the original appointment was made 6months before! Spoke to the practice manager and all she could say, i apologies!? I understand that mistakes can be made, but this was a joke and rude! Your practice has no respect for individuals time, if this was the other way around?? also the difficulties for someone to arrive to the practice in the first place! You need to do better as a practice! and if you no longer want to serve the community with a service (NHS) You should let the community know! Is this the society of MONEY GRABBERS ? if you were paying private, I would of had another appointment sooner! SO what they do leave all the NHS patients till last! You do realise that is DISCRIMINATION!"

"An absolute Shambles! Was meant to be getting my retainers here, they took measurements and everything and they never got back to me about it!!! There consultations lasts less than 5 minutes and they charge over £30 for a quick check up which also lasts 5 minutes max. Lucky to even be getting ONE STAR."

"This review is purely based on how good Ryan is as a dentist. I have been to quite a few and he immediately makes you feel comfortable. I am quite inquisitive and Ryan welcomes questions and will answer them with enthusiasm and interest. I would however say that the reception staff could be more welcoming. Sometimes they are great and sometimes i'm standing there really judging the level of customer service that i'm receiving. Most people hate seeing a dentist so, if you tie that together with poor service at reception, you're not going to get many people wanting to return. But, most of the time they are great."

"Terrible service. Paid over £350 for the Philips Zoom at-home teeth whitening kit. The result was awful. I was left with uneven white marks all over my teeth. When I called reception about this, they said the dentist would call me. Surprise surprise, I never received a call back. Why would they, they have already pocketed my £350! Do not go here! You can get teeth trays on Amazon for £5 and buy the exact same Philips Zoom gel for £40-50 online. The consultation is 5 minutes and they will ignore you afterwards."
