"I have been with this dental practice for years now and would describe the dentists who have seen to me as being good at what they do, thank you. On the other hand, the service at the reception desk has been a mixture, unfortunately more negative than positive. Particularly when there has been an issue, such as having to cancel or getting to the dental surgery late due to circumstances beyond my control. I would like to put out a massive appreciation to Chauntelle who was at the desk when I had an appointment last week. She was very patient, listened to the problem that had arisen and sorted it out professionally and courteously, even when others around her seem to be suggesting she just moved things on. "I’ve been a patient at Camberwell Dental Care for over a year now and find them extremely helpful and approachable concerning any tooth problems I have had. "THEY KICKED ME OUT! Yes I missed 3 appointments but I had a legitimate reason for each time. I told them I was hospitalised twice and the the third time I was hit with an exam I didn't know about. I tried showing proof but they didn't want to hear it. The KICKED ME and my mother who is a mother of seven and has crazy schedules. For all I care this dentist can rot in hell. Except most of the doctors because they were nice. But this female doctor was very rude and one male doctor that I don't remember the name"
