"They are lucky to get one star. They have worse receptionists ever. Anne Marie to name one. They move as if we the patients are bothering them when we pay for our service. Anne-marie is childish, she likes To hang up on you and place you on hold for long hours when she doesn't like when someone is not happy. I have proof and recorded this. Previous Admin team had no customer service. I would never recommend them to anyone, they don't discriminate everyone can get treated badly. Manager also rude, when I explained my issue on the phone. She straight away sided with her unprofessional receptionist. She said those things did not happen, she kept on speaking over me on the phone, even raising her voice. Manager has not gotten back to me in regards of this matter. I will NEVER give them any of my money. Again zero stars. I hope they close down. Disgusting overall"

"The worst dental practice ever. Would give 0 starts if possible. The receptionists are rude and disrespectful. Lied about a referral which I have been waiting for over 6 months and have just found out that a referral was never put in. Getting a general appointment is near enough impossible. Been prescribed antibiotic after antibiotic when clearly the issue is bigger than an infection. Had to refuse taking a fourth round of antibiotics for the same tooth to be seen. I’ve called in today to ask for a general appointment and been told I’ve been removed as a patient as I haven’t been in a couple years. Absolutely awful practice."

"I give no star for this dental practice. I gave them a call few days ago hoping that I can get service that I need but I was very surprise that the woman on the phone told me that I am no longer a NHS patient as my last using of their service was 2018, which to me I never aware of such thing. They should inform us even a simple email to let us know what’s going on rather than to find out like this. I badly needed a simple tooth extraction but doing it privately costs a lot and I couldn’t afford it. It’s very frustrating!"

"The worst surgery ever. Have cause so much problems with my teeth with the fillings they have given. Lied about giving me a referral. I have been waiting since July for a surgical removal and they turn around and say that my name has been taken from the system. They don’t care about the pain you’re in or how many times you have to be put on antibiotics. Just an absolute joke. So many days taken off work for it to always be an emergency appointment and not a general one."
