"I have been a private patient at this practice for a long time and generally the experience I have received has been a good and professional one. However following the need to postpone an appointment I was then inundated with unnecessary and frankly quite stressful phone calls from different receptionists (who clearly don’t talk to each other) needing the whole thing re-clarified over and over again. Having rescheduled my appointment, I thought that that was that. Then without any reference ( or even a courtesy phone call) I received a text offering a more recent appointment which following a phone call to the surgery to clarify ( apparently it was a cancellation), I accepted. On arrival I was then asked to redo my personal details ( having already completed the whole thing online two days before). At this stage I have become rather irritated which is a shame because this chaos was not created by the receptionist. The computer systems are clearly not fit for purpose. Please do something to sort this out Fernleigh practice. Thank you."
