"The dentist was nice to me and seemed to know a lot, explained the process to me every time and was very quick in providing me whatever information I needed (such as referring me to the hospital). The dental assistant is super nice too. However, I'm struggling to give a better rating due to a few reasons - - I normally have difficulty getting numb, but its never happened to me that i didn't get numb at all. I'm not sure what happened, and whilst i am not 100% sure if it was the dentist's fault (he said it was my anatomy), it was the most painful dental experience to have to do a crown procedure without anaesthesia. He did not really want to put injection again the second time i went there to get the crown fixed, which was a bit odd. I went to other dentists after, had wisdom tooth removal where i didn't feel any pain at all from there. - I did not like the way the dental assistant was treated. The dentist was quite intimidating to her and often times kind of yelled at her during the procedure, i kept thinking in my head what is he going to yell at her for next. i thought that was uncomfortable as a patient. Hence i have mixed feelings, however, this might not necessarily be everyone's experience as I do often experience difficulties with anaesthesia, whilst never a case where i couldn't get numb until here."

"My younger brothers have been going to this dentist for as long as I can remember (they are 13 now) and they refuse to change dentists, even when we moved far away and had to travel nearly an hour on public transport! The staff are always very friendly and welcoming. The level of care you received is superb. I always seem to get an appointment that fits in with my schedule which is great. Me, personally, I've always been a bit scared of dentists but I am totally comfortable here. The staff always tell me exactly what they are doing and are extremely patient. I have recommended them to a couple of friends who are also very happy with their service. I would highly recommend Shape Dental."
