"Phone always goes to a Christmas voicemail regardless of when it is. Have gone to the practice due to them not picking up phone and they’ve not opened up for last two days when it says they would be. No sign up explaining or anything etc. left my mother with poor instructions which needed clarifying and now can’t even speak to anyone"
"Always get appointment rescheduling via phone call a few weeks before so if you have a job, this dentist is not for you. Latest saga, have a newborn baby and get an appointment reschedule weeks beforehand (again, no problem I think, I’m on maternity leave) then I call just in case on the day of to discover I don’t have an appointment at all anymore, despite this appointment being booked a year ago!!! Time to change dentists, totally unprofessional."
