"cannot applaud the dentist, nurse and reception enough. made me feel very comfortable and safe as i’m terrified of dentists. nurse genuinely interested in my life and asked lots of questions and felt very personable which is above and beyond. dealt with my bizarre requests to have copies of x-rays etc fantastically. dentist who took the tooth out whose name i can’t remember did with such care and attention i wanted to tip him after bad experiences elsewhere. i’ll go here just for a chinwag amazing place"

"I saw the Dentist named Daniel, he was slow and lazy barely spoke a word. I was very unsatisfied with my consultation. As no other surgeries are taking patients, I had to see him again as my issues were unresolved the first time round. Yet again, he mumbled its ok I don’t see any problems. Doesn’t like to explain anything clearly. Seems very incompetent. Both times he ran over 30 minutes late. I booked at 2.pm, thought appointment would be over by 2.30pm, he calls me in at 2.40pm. I am aware their lunch break ends at 2.pm so why the delay? Very inconsiderate as I also had to come in during my lunch break which ends at 2.30."

"Great staff. Receptionists on all occasions were friendly and helpful. Dental work was quick and painless and the dentist is informative and knowledgeable. Appointment and follow up appointment were made with no fuss and in quick succession and most importantly in 2022 they weree the ONLY dentist in what seemed like a 100 mile radius that accepted new NHS patients. Will recommend to friends and family."

"Although the hygienist was incredibly informative and friendly, I was very surprised that stains on my teeth still remained after the work . Also the suction was inadequate and I was constantly and repeatedly asked to swallow down the plaque that was getting taken off the teeth which seemed pretty gross. Usually when I go to my regular dentists it is a normal procedure to use an airbrush, this is standard. I have been using a hygienist for the last 35 years and this is the standard tool. What surprised me was I was not informed of this when I booked and the price was more expensive than my regular hygienist with an airbrush.I suggested to the receptionist that as feedback she should let people know and she seemed disinterested and had little customer consideration in her manner. I would absolutely not recommend this dentist."

"The care I have received from Kentish Town Dental Centre has always been second to none. I have an exceptional dentist called Jenny, who is thorough and one of the best dentists I have ever been to. The hygienist is great too.....despite reading all these reviews, I have never had a problem with the receptionist myself, she's always been friendly to me. In such a customer facing role all day every day, people are only human! Coupled with the fact people are always quick to leave a bad review......"
