"Please try to avoid this dentist if you can. Dr. Devji offered no sooner appointments as compensation for running almost an hour (50 minutes) behind schedule today. Instead, I was informed by the receptionist (young girl who was lovely) that it would be a 3 weeks wait before the next available appointment. My oral situation needed to be seen urgently as I was in a great deal of pain. I had other urgent responsibilities, so I had to leave the dentist's office and couldn’t wait any longer. Such poor attitude and lack of care towards their patients. Waste of time!"

"appalling service, unprofessional receptionist who is always on her phone to her friends and has an attitude, the service is constantly overbooked and provides no reasonable emergency care. i’ve never had a pleasant experience here and would not recommend signing up."

"The Line is Always busy to book apponitments , so I've decided to take a bus and prop in, so I have found the owner is the fancy lady or at least she loves (European brands)sticked on the phone, so i told her i had to come over here because the phone line is always busy. None answer to my demand.... But after words they wanted to charge me again for sticking my implant again as the last week sticking went down So I refuse to pay and also to be served there it seems to be be a butchery rather than a dental clinic."

"Front of desk team have been really caring and understanding of my Mother who is a patient. I am her carer, and life is hard as it is, but the team have been more than accommodating; from offering to sit in appointments with her when I can't make it, to facilitating urgent referrals and without me having to chase, I can't fault them. The dentists are clear, caring, and very friendly. I've had a great experience so far, thank you Maison Smile."

"This is a unprofessional dental clinic, the phone line is busy because the owner [reseptionis] is always talking to friends, I have popped up ones and she was on the phone so I told her I come in here because I wish to make an appointment but the line has been busy for hours. No answer from her but I still remember her insultante face looking at me. The dentist I have seen is a hunger , I went to glue a crown which I have paid for about 80£ but after a few days went down, so I rebooked an apt and he wanted to charge me again the full amount. Someone on the reviews is saying that they have been going to this dentist for 15 years is totally fake because this place has been opened since 2017."
