"I’m very happy with dentists in this practice but one of the receptionist destroys my opinion about the place. She’s very rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. I arrived ahead of time of my appointment and waited patiently 20min so you can imagine how surprised I was when the receptionist called another person who missed their appointment before me and she disregarded my arguments."

"Awful first, second and third impressions. Receptionist is incredibly incompetent and is letting the brand down. I was looking for a local dentist and this seemed the most convenient. I called several times - no reply. I send an email- no reply. I then went personally on a weekday around 9:15am and was greeted by a friendly dentist assistant who told me that the receptionist was late and if I wanted to wait. I then said that would come back another time. Two days later I went back - this time she was there but avoided eye contact - no greetings and I waited around 5 minutes. When she finally asked me if I had an appointment I td them I wanted to register. She then extended her hand and began fiddling with a few forms and said that she didn’t have any. She suggested that I should send an email - I then said ‘I did weeks ago’. She was give us a call then - I said ‘I did but no one ever picked up’. Lastly she replied in a very dismissive manner ‘well it’s only me here’.! To say she was rudest than the some gps receptionists is an understatement. I just don’t understand how this individual is employed- or maybe this is the company’s policy- I’m puzzled!"

"As soon as I walked in the reception staff were super friendly. When I went through to the dentist, she was lovely too and instantly made me feel at ease. My check up was quick (didn’t have to wait around to be seen to either) and the dentist made sure to answer any questions I had. Important to note: The reason I went to this dentist surgery is that it came recommended by a friend. She went to another dentist prior who told her she needed teeth out and fillings changed (surgery totalling over £1k). We advised her to try another dentist as it didn’t seem right, given she had no pain or visible problems. She went here and they told her teeth are fine, that she didn’t need further work either. Just goes to show this surgery won’t rip you off or oversell you dental procedures you don’t need. They’re honest and provide a friendly service!"

"Visited after more than 2 years. Changed hands since then. Very nervous as last time did not have the best experience. Today, I was pleasantly surprised. Lovely dentist and receptionists."
