"I called for an appointment today, and the operator asked me for my information which is understandable, but then she asked for a deposit to hold my appointment, which of course is very weird and I was not comfortable sharing over the phone, booking the appointment sounded like a major scam especially when she insisted that I can't book the appointment without sharing my card detail!! is this something normal or what? I mean She could ve mentioned that I need to register at their clinic before coming in. but she didn't mention that. I called another clinic and she happily told me that I m not obliged to share it, just that I need to register beforehand."

"If you book an appointment, bring a book because you'll be waiting a long time for it to actually start. Their personal best is 45 minutes late so far, because their admin hadn't even notified the dentist I had arrived. Once you're actually in the dentist's chair, the service is fine."

"I had the best experience I have ever had at a dentist here. I unfortunately fell off my bike and broke two of my front teeth. The lovely reception team managed to fit me in on the same day with Dr Wasan Dheyab. I was very anxious, tearful and shocked about the sudden loss of my teeth, and Dr Dheyab and her team were nothing but calm and reassuring to me. They fitted me in the next day for temporary fillings to my teeth, which was so much less unpleasant than I thought it would be, and I left looking like I never lost my teeth. Absolute miracle workers! I am so grateful for the service I received here and can't thank you enough."

"Benosh is by far one of the best dentist I’ve ever had. I’ve been with her for about 12 years now and her work is superb. She’s done everything from veneers to being root canals. She looks after me and my children, I can’t imagine ever using another dentist. The receptionist are lovely too. Very efficient service"

The moment you walk in ,you know, you are in good hands ,her knowledge and attention to detail while working makes you feel relaxed. She is for sure, a gem in that dental practice.
