"Impossible to reach them on the phone, meanwhile their grumpy receptionist can phone up and be upset about changing appointment. I’m a disabled person with health problems having often very bad days and cannot get out of the bed. She had the audacity being snarky a couple of weeks ago. I’ve been trying to phone them all morning to inform that my household has Covid so I have to cancel my appointment but no one is taking my call. Changing dentist!"
"The team at Elite Dental Care is fantastic. Friendly receptionist and excellent dentists. I had a crown fitted in recently and Dr Paresh Patel was excellent with the procedure and didn’t rush into finishing the job. I would definitely recommend this practice to family and friends. "I've been going here for twenty years, even after I moved from London I travel to come here because Dr Tang is so careful and gentle and calming; prices are reasonable and the treatment is consistently of a very high standard. I recommend especially if you are a nervous patient and if you don't want more work done than necessary - as can be the danger. Goes without saying that it's also a pleasant surgery clean bright and friendly."
