"Totally unprofessional I have filled my teeth and after 2 days it start hurting I called them the receptionist start making excuses as they are very busy no appointments for 2 days I called them again after 2 days and she said the Dr. Who filled the tooth is on holidays for 2 weeks and if I need to see myself I have to pay them again or I have to wait with acute pain for the same Dr. Till 2 weeks until she comes back absolutely not recommended"

"I wanted to register. two ladies at the reception, I go to one of them.. the other lady pushes us saying that I can't register, there are no seats available. not even to give me a paper to fill out for the waiting list in case there will be places."

"This dentist surgery is very good staff are very polite and my dentist is amazing highly recommend this dentist. No long waiting times for appointments. Keep up the good work your doing. I have never had such a good dentist she really was nice and caring and nothing was too much trouble for her . I hope this message gets to my dentist"

"I spoke to receptionist Mrs patel. I ask for appointment. She said they don't have appointment also its been long i didn't visit so they will check even if they can give me appointment or not and told me to call tomorrow for appointment i said if you don't appointment just book me any availability 3 or 4 5 days also i can call tomorrow to find out if anything available before. She been soo rude she said we have tomorrow do u want or not just tell me im busy . I said don't talk to me like this. She was pretending that i was rude just to prove to her colleague that she is right. After 15 minutes i call back to find out i didn't receive confirmation. Then she said I'm written the note regarding what happen. I said they should listen call record not your written note obviously in note you will whats in your favour. After she said i will let dentist decide whether they want to see you or not. Like seriously thats not fair. I understand everyone have bad day but thats doesn't mean you speak rudely and also pretend infront of your staff that its other person fault."

"just before covid i had used them for a tooth extraction and they went out their way to get it done quickly, i was really happy with this but then recently i called for a routine checkup, which they demanded that i pay upfront £40 non refundable to even book it. I told them given that i have previously used them, always turned up to appointments and spent a decent amount of money with them previously, that they should honour this and not have to pay the £40 up-front, they still wouldn't allow it. Avoid like the plague, which is a shame, as previously they were very good."
