"Great experience! I recently visited hillside for a regular check-up and a filling. The dentist was very proficient and the filling was painless and quick. The Manager had helped explain the cost (NHS prices) and gave me a HC2 form so next time I don’t even have to pay the NHS cost. Very professional and affordable. Thankyou to Dr. Ahmad and Farinaz who helped with the form."

"Great service, very polite staff. I was given an emergency appointment but felt as if I had been visiting them for many years. The treatment was very personalised."

"I’ve been suffering with extreme dental pain for all most 3 years and been looking for a dentist to even accept me due to covid and even being far from my postcode thanks to hillside dental for accepting me quick! down to the kind receptionist and the doctors and even the nurses!!! Truly satisfied and would 100% recommend. I honestly came in with 6 different tooth problems and he honestly helped me I couldn’t even be more grateful. Kind regards Najma Hasan"

"I went to the dentist 2 months ago for pain on the right top of my month. The dentist said my mouth was fine but I need a filling on the left bottom of my mouth. 2 months later the tooth that was causing me problems cracked and broke. So I returned to the dentist only to be told I need to pay £69 if I wanted to be seen today, the receptionist (who was very nice) looked at my x ray and could see the problem tooth (the dentist couldn’t) made an appointment for 4 days later. Less than 2 hours later I received a text to say my appointment has been cancelled and the earliest I can be seen is in 10days! 15.09.22 Everyone makes mistakes and you can learn a lot about a business by how they handle theirs. So when I first reviewed this dentist, I got an apologetic response the same day and as I said before the receptionist was nice so kudos for customer service. I had my appointment about a week ago, I was seen slightly earlier then my appointment, and the dentist gave me lots of tips and advice before I left. No one’s perfect, mistakes happened but I’m hopeful"

"A soon as I went in, the dentist started to speak rudely because I been there two times in two months in a row, the first dentist don’t explain to me clearly and obviously I would come back for better explanation. But instead of a better explanation I got a rude answer. Me and my family would definitely never go back to that dentist. He treated me as if I was an idiot."
