"Disappointed because the mot checks were not done properly and the garage didn't help investigate the issue hence I feel like it was a complete waste of money with unsatisfactory customer service. To be more specific I had car serviced with the dealer and they advised that the tyre had a cut however this was never picked up by the mot inspector and neither did the manager in charge offer to take a look at the tyre when I highlighted it that one of my tyres may not be fit for purpose. I had to go to another garage to resolve."

"The booking in and customer service I received was worth 5 stars until I got into the car and drove off; noticing that my dashcam had been unplugged. I’d booked a wheel alignment check and was half-expecting to pay to have the wheel alignment reset but now I’m not so sure whether it was actually needed due to the camera being unplugged when the car was moved into the workshop bay. This has left a dark cloud over what seemed to be an altogether seamless and pleasant experience."

"I called ahead to see if I could get a diagnostic done and was told that I could come in anytime upto 5:59pm. I arrived at approx. 5:30pm and was then told that they would not do it at this time and to come back. Not only did they waste my time on what was a very wet day, but really poor service. The phone call however was polite and welcoming. TBH I will never use Kwik fit again in the future as I also had a bad experience with requesting a quote that I was told I would receive from the Bromley Kwik Fit and I'm still waiting to receive it a week later, clearly it is not singled out to one site. At no point was I rude or argumentative. Anyway I took the car to the local garage who were no problem at all and put the customer first. They also don't charge for diagnostics."

"Very quick service. The guy on the front desk was very friendly, explained everything and kept me informed at all times. Very reasonable prices had brake issues, husband had looked at them and knew what was wrong so booked into Kwik fit Sevenoaks road. We have one nearer but has used them before and trusts the staff there. New drums and shoes, just under £300 all in."

"Made an appointment to get my Brake pads checked and replaced. Dropped my car off and they said to come back in an hour. Came back after 1hr 30 minutes and my car was still in the parking lot and nothing had been done. They said they were understaffed. They should told me to come back another time if they were under pressure. Really bad service and I will never go back there again."
