"I recently took my car in for the break pads to be changed, the staff were courteous, kind, helpful and explained everything step-by-step and they found other issues with the car and did not hesitate in helping me to fix them and they did not try and rip me off! They were very efficient and extremely professional. I will not use another garage now. I can’t thank them enough and I would highly recommend them to everyone."

"Initial booked appointment was cancelled and I accepted an alternative. I arrived on the dot but it was an hour till they started work on my car. Was told it was first come first serve. What’s the point of giving me a specific time? Then after the tyres were changed I was told tracking was out so had another hour wait for that to be fixed. Over 3 hours in total hanging about. If I’d known it would be so bad I’d have gone elsewhere. Staff were polite and friendly but it doesn’t make up for poor admin. Regional manager phoned to apologise. This review was removed from trustpilot. Why? I don't know but be aware the reviews you see are somewhat filtered."
