"Have called 4 times to ask to the BMW Specialist for a price on a service. My number was taken and no one called back. On my 5th phone call, a very rude member of staff came to the phone with a very rude, aggressive tone ! He told me he didn’t want me as a customer, and all I stated was that I knew the service I needed, as it had come up on the cars computer !! RUDE !! All I wanted to do was book my car in ! Wouldn’t recommend !"
