"Returned from holiday car wouldn't start fanbelt broken.Stress levels very high as over 2hours from home. Called recovery service who liaised with J Madden ltd. Recovery vehicle arrived within timeframe given and options explained.car taken to garage for repair. Even dropped us at a local coffee shop so we could wait in the way. Car assessed and quote given for repair. Work completed within an hour, and pick us up from the coffee shop. These guys were life savers , very professional and understanding of our situation. The costs were very reasonable andwe can't recommend them highly enough. Definitely a 5 Star service."

"... booked my car in for MOT, arrived few minutes before appt time, car taken away, was offered a hot drink whilst waiting, MOT completed without issues, paid and was on my way in less than an hour. fantastic! this is a trusted local garage and i won't hesitate recommending them. i initially booked my car using the online company that was featured on BBC watchdog, they booked my car in with an unknown garage and that really worried me. i cancelled the booking and opted to see my local garage instead, the best thing i did on that day. 07/10/17 had my brake fluid changed today, again excellent customer service received, prices are honest and definitely no ripping off happening. i will keep shouting, they are one of the reasons i would support local businesses. top vote all the way!"
